I have a handicap with my cerebral palsy. My night nurse understands people and can easily relate to what I have gone through in my life. This means a lot to me, especially since most of my family members have passed before me.
My stay has been fine. The nurses and staff are excellent. I couldn’t ask for any better care! Everyone is concerned, helpful and nice.
The staff at Riveridge are very nice people and are mostly very considerate. They are aware of my limitations and encourage me so that I feel I’m doing something. They listen to me, which is so encouraging. It makes me feel good.
I miss my home so much, but they try to make things here comfortable and homey.
People are nice, especially the nurses. They are very patient and understanding with the residents.
It has been eight years since I came to work for Riveridge. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked to work here, but here I am still working. We have a great team in a family-oriented place, and of course we have our ups and downs. The difference is our great team can tackle whatever it might be, and to me, that’s what Riveridge is all about.

The warm family atmosphere in our facility is evidenced by our employees’ dedication and loyalty to our residents, so much so that employees will go to the extra mile for residents as if they were a member of their own family. For these reasons I am proud to call myself a member of the Riveridge team.

I truly enjoy working alongside such a dedicated and caring staff at Riveridge. We come to work every day because we are absolutely committed to helping our residents and families through their most difficult life stages. We all recognize what a blessing it is to care for the people in our community.
